1. Booking & Cancellation

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of partial payment. Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a partial refund or credit for future visits.

2. Respecting the Sanctity

Kamdhenu Lok is a spiritual retreat on the banks of Maa Ganga. We request all guests to maintain the sanctity of the environment:

• No consumption of alcohol or non-vegetarian food on premises.
• Maintaining silence during meditation hours.
• Dressing modestly in common areas.

3. Liability

While we ensure the highest standards of safety, Kamdhenu Lok is not liable for personal injuries or loss of belongings during your stay or spiritual excursions.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Uttarakhand, India.
